Our store hours are as;

Monday -09:30am to 4:00pm

Tuesday – 09:30 to 4:00pm

Wednesday – 9:30am to 4:00pm

Thursday – 9:30am to 4:00pm

Friday – 9:30am to 4:00pm

Saturday – 9:30am to 4:00pm

Sunday – 10:00am – 3:00pm

 

NATIONAL SHIPPING (within Australia)

Clean Beauty Market services all Australian states. Orders from our website www.cleanbeautymarket.com.au are dispatched before 1pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week – we aim to always offer prompt and timely service. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and packed. Online orders can be paid for with credit card prior to dispatch. If there is a delay with your order or reason we cannot fulfil your order, we will do our best to make contact with you promptly to advise you of the delay.

Orders are freighted via Aust Post Standard, Express if selected and delivered right to your door, so please make certain you provide your correct street address. Clean Beauty Market cannot be held responsible for deliveries when an incomplete or incorrect address is provided. Clean Beauty Market charges $12 freight Australia wide for all orders under $99 AUD. $17 for express shipping of any value. 

Clean Beauty Market is not responsible for any delays, damaged or lost parcels that have occurred due to the fault of Australia Post. If there is an issue with your delivery or you have not received it, please let us know and we will do our best to assist by following up with Australia Post.

Timing to different States will vary. Delays are to be expected from time-to time and we do not guarantee delivery dates. The below delivery times are guidelines as is the Aus Post Express Post service which can at times also be delayed.

Below are approximated standard delivery times:
QLD 1-2 days
NSW 2-3 days
VIC 3-4 days
WA and Rural areas can take from 5-10 days.

You will receive an email from us which will keep you up to date on when your parcel will be delivered.

Clean Beauty Market ships to various countries including New Zealand, USA, Europe, UAE, Singapore, UK, South Africa,  South Korea, Japan, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia plus most other countries. 

New Zealand Standard $22 or free shipping over AUD$220

Pacific - Standard $35 - Express $50 

Asia, - Standard $40 - Express $65

UAE - Standard $45 - Express $70

Europe - Standard $70- Express $100

UK/USA/Canada - Standard $70 - Express $100

Rest of world - Standard $70 - Express $100

Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties when the parcel arrives in their country, as per their country’s regulations. If the customer refuses to pay taxes or duties and the products are returned to us in good condition we will refund the customer their order excluding any freight/handling fees and products that are not resalable for any reason.

Changes to orders

Once you’ve placed your order, it joins a queue for immediate processing and fast despatch. We are therefore unable to make any changes, additions or amendments to orders. 

Incorrect Details

Please ensure all delivery address details are correct at time of order. Clean Beauty Market takes no responsibility for lost parcels due to incorrect details at time of order. 

Responsibility for returning products

Consumers are responsible for returning products that can be posted or easily returned. If an item is deemed faulty once we receive it back, we will pay for the shipping cost for the return.
If applicable, refunds will be processed once the goods are returned.
